The App does not collect analytics data, location tracking, advertising identifiers, or background activity unless explicitly provided by the user within a form.

1.3 Account and Authentication Information

If the App requires login, we may collect user email addresses or authentication identifiers for the purpose of secure access.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information collected through the App to:

• Create workplace inspection (WPI) reports

• Submit and manage incident reports

• Provide documentation to authorized personnel within the organization

• Improve safety processes and workplace procedures

We do not sell personal information or use it for marketing or advertising.

3. Sharing of Information

Information submitted through the App may be shared only with:

• Authorized company administrators

• Safety officers or supervisors responsible for handling inspections or incidents

We do not share personal data with third parties unrelated to the workplace safety process unless required by law.

4. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
All data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized users within the organization.

5. Photos and Media

Photos uploaded in the App are used solely for documentation of workplace inspections or incidents.
They are not used for facial recognition or any form of biometric analysis.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

7. User Rights

Depending on your region or organization’s policies, you may request:

• Access to personal data you have submitted

• Correction of inaccurate information

• Deletion of reports or personal data where permitted

Requests should be directed to your company’s internal administrator or safety officer.
